I focus my practice on criminal defense and family law litigation. I handle all aspects of state and federal criminal litigation at all stages of the criminal process: from pre-arrest investigation, to grand jury proceedings, indictment, plea negotiations, trial, and appeal. I have litigated cases involving narcotics, racketeering, homicide, sexual assault, DWI/DUI, domestic violence; wire fraud, money laundering, and illegal trafficking of contraband, among others.

I am equally passionate about helping my clients navigate the emotional yet complex process of divorce and other family law problems. I have extensive experience in all family law related matters such as spousal support and marital property disputes, child support, child custody and visitation, and adoption.

I practice in all state and federal courts in Virginia and in each case, I provide vigorous, aggressive and effective service.
